My
thirteenth support champ is SORAKA: THE STARCHILD. Soraka gives health and mana
to allied champions unlike others. Her passive SALVATION only boosts her health
and mana regeneration for each 2% mana and health the enemy is missing. Her
first skill is STARCALL. Soraka call the stars to descend to enemy champions
and deal magic damage to them. If STARCALL hit an enemy champion, her ASTRAL
BLESSING’s cooldown is reduced. Her
second skill is ASTRAL BLESSING. Soraka can heal herself or her nearby allied
champion, increasing armor for a short time. Her
third skill is INFUSE. Soraka restores mana to her or to any nearby allied
champion or she can cast it to an enemy, silencing them for a short duration. Her
ultimate skill is WISH. Soraka restores health to herself and to her allied
champions.
