I’ve already
shared the descriptions of the support champs from my previous blog. Now I want
to share the support items that a support champ must have. A proper item build
will help you gain an advantage in your teamfight. When you open the shop at
your base, you can see that the items are arranged from Starting Items,
Offensive Items, and Defensive Items. Those are the recommended items but if
you have your own pattern or an optional build (trying to build according to the
situation), you can search the name of the item and click the item. Follow the
recipe and aim for the needed gold. This is my last blog I think, so I will
give ideas in ward placement. Proper ward placement will be very helpful in
defending your location from enemy ganks. Having a good vision on the map will
make you more confident in engaging a fight. The images below will give you
hints in proper placement of the wards.

TRINKETS
I’ve already
shared the descriptions of the support champs from my previous blog. Now I want
to share the support items that a support champ must have. A proper item build
will help you gain an advantage in your teamfight. When you open the shop at
your base, you can see that the items are arranged from Starting Items,
Offensive Items, and Defensive Items. Those are the recommended items but if
you have your own pattern or an optional build (trying to build according to the
situation), you can search the name of the item and click the item. Follow the
recipe and aim for the needed gold. My support item for today is TRINKETS.
TRINKETS are the new system of warding which was imposed by the developers of
the game. This is a limited ward (composed of 1 ward), unlike the Sight Stone
which grants you 3 wards which you can place anywhere on the map. The main
purpose of TRINKET is to encourage players who do not have a mood for placing a
ward on the map (because of the cost). TRINKETS are instantly free and it can
be upgraded into a more useful TRINKET. The image below shows the details.
Strategy
Warding
Totem and it's upgraded counterparts can be used to ensure the safety of nearby
Brush, or keep an eye on a position in the lane that could be quickly overrun
by the presence of enemy minions.
Sweeping
Lens can disable any opposing wards and invisible traps, letting you counter
the use of enemy Trinkets and keep you and your teammates stealthed, and is a
major counter to abilities such as Teemo's Noxious Traps.
Although it
does hold similar properties to the Scrying Orb when casting over brush, it is
best not to use it for this purpose as the cast range is very short and would
leave you vulnerable to attack.
Scrying Orb
let's you see in the cast range away from for your champion for a short time,
it does not require a vision already present like Wards, and can be used on the
fly for revealing anything in the brush or jungle, but the limited viewing time
means that you must pay close attention when in use, and it must be used
sparingly. Use when on the chase in jungle territory or for quickly clearing
the brush when laning.
Due to the
large cast range, it is the most affected by the mastery Scout, and gives a
considerable boost to your viewing range.
Limitations
Since there
is only one inventory slot for trinkets, a player can only own one trinket at
any given moment.
Selling a
trinket will disable Trinket use for 180 seconds even if another trinket is
purchased.
Trinkets
cannot be used in the first 30 seconds of a game, but can still be purchased.
MIKAEL'S CRUCIBLE

click the item. Follow the recipe and aim for the needed gold. My support item
for today is MIKAEL’S CRUCIBLE. MIKAEL’S CRUCIBLE is not commonly used by
supports in lower division. But I think this is a good item too. There are
details below about the MIKAEL’S CRUCIBLE.

gold efficiency at 100% missing mana.
Alternatively, the item is gold efficient if its passive and
active are worth at least 113g.
Notes

Mikael's Crucible item.png Mikael's Crucible cannot be
activated while unable to activate abilities (such as being silenced).
Mikael's Crucible item.png Mikael's Crucible will not remove
blinds.
Using Mikael's Crucible item.png Mikael's Crucible does not
grant assists.
Strategy
Mikael's Crucible item.png Mikael's Crucible is most
effective versus enemy teams with a large amount of single target CC (excluding
suppression, blinds and airborne effects).
TWIN SHADOWS
I’ve already shared the descriptions of the support champs
from my previous blog. Now I want to share the support items that a support
champ must have. A proper item build will help you gain an advantage in your teamfight.
When you open the shop at your base, you can see that the items are arranged
from Starting Items, Offensive Items, and Defensive Items. Those are the
recommended items but if you have your own pattern or an optional build (trying
to build according to the situation), you can search the name of the item and
click the item. Follow the recipe and aim for the needed gold. My support item
for today is TWIN SHADOWS. It is an item that supports use to track an enemy in
a huge distance. UNIQUE ACTIVE - HUNT: Summons 2 invulnerable ghosts for 6
seconds to seek the two nearest enemy champions. If they touch an enemy
champion, they slow their movement speed by 40% and reveal them for 2.5
seconds. Ghosts that fail to find a target return to the wielder, reducing the
item's cooldown by 40 / 20 seconds each. 120 / 60 second cooldown. Below are
the details that will help you to have a nice strategy.
Strategy
The lowest base movement speed in the game is 325. At this
speed, Twin Shadows item.png Twin Shadows grants 19.5 movement speed.
Because the ghosts target the closest enemy champions even
when you don't have sight of them, this item is an excellent scouting tool.
Champions who are in stealth mode at the moment Twin Shadows
is activated will not be targeted or chased by the ghosts.
However, if a ghost has locked onto a champion that then
proceeds to enter stealth before the ghost makes contact, the ghost will
continue to chase until its duration ends or the champion leaves stealth.
The ghosts appear to have around 450 movement speed and look
somewhat similar to jungle wraiths.
This would make the maximum range of the ghosts 2700.
Its active can make it a useful item on mages that lack CC.
A well timed spellshield can negate the effect of a ghost
coming into contact with a champion
It is possible for both ghosts to hit the same champion, but
the effect and duration is only refreshed.
With this is mind, when chasing or being chased, you can try
to soak up both ghosts to eliminate them as a threat.
In the Crystal Scar, the ghosts will gain bonus movement
speed while moving over the Speed Shrines.
Ghosts may not pass over any blocked terrain, such as
Jarvan's cataclysm, you may use this to your advantage to prevent the vision or
slow effects for a time.
